Carl Miller

Carl began his investment banking career in the oil and gas group at JPMorgan in 2001 and has executed over 35 transactions in the energy and fairness spaces at bulge bracket, middle market, and boutique firms since that time. In 2002, Carl founded Captus, a financial advisory boutique, where he advised natural resource companies in both buyside and sellside M&A transactions. Beginning in 2006, Carl joined Houlihan Lokey where he was a member of the energy group and executed over 30 transactions during his tenure. Carl earned an MSc in Accounting and Finance from the London School of Economics, an MBA from the Kenan-Flagler Business School at the University of North Carolina, and a BA from Brigham Young University. Carl is series 7, 63, and 79 registered.
