AMI Healthcare, LLC (“AMI”) engaged MM Dillon as exclusive placement agent and sole financial advisor in connection with the acquisition / recap of National Distribution & Contracting, Inc. (“NDC” or the “Company”). To finance the acquisition, AMI raised with MM Dillon as the agent approximately $23 million in preferred equity and a $20 million credit facility, $12 million of which would be drawn at closing.

NDC operates as a master distributor (a distributor for smaller local and regional distributors) of health care products primarily to hospitals in North America. The Company has master distribution warehouses in Nashville, TN and Sparks, NV and distributes its products to a broad range of healthcare markets, including primary care, acute care, extended care, veterinary, and dental. NDC is headquartered in Nashville, TN and has approximately 50 employees.
